Is there a contract for your bookkeeping services?

No. All bookkeeping services are offered on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts.

You may cancel with 30 days’ notice if services are no longer needed or if the arrangement is not a good fit.

How is bookkeeping pricing determined?

Monthly bookkeeping pricing typically ranges from $300 to $2,000 per month and is based on factors such as:

number of bank and credit card accounts

monthly transaction volume

business complexity

reporting and support needs

Final pricing is discussed and confirmed during a strategy call.

How does catch-up bookkeeping work?

Catch-up bookkeeping is designed for businesses whose records are behind or incomplete.

Pricing is calculated based on:

the number of months requiring review

transaction volume

overall account complexity

50% of the estimated fee is required to begin, with the remaining balance due once the work is completed.

What documents are required for tax preparation?

After your contact form is submitted, you’ll receive a secure intake form outlining all required documentation for tax filing.

The IRS requires tax preparers to verify certain identifying documents, such as:

Social Security cards or EIN documentation

income statements

expense records

prior-year tax returns

Collecting this information is mandatory and ensures accuracy, prevents identity theft, and keeps both you and the preparer compliant with federal due diligence and recordkeeping requirements.

All documentation and questions are reviewed during the client interview, where responses are documented to avoid delays or filing issues.

Do you provide IRS representation?

No. IRS representation services are not provided.

Tax returns are prepared in compliance with IRS regulations and filed through an Electronic Return Originator (ERO). This structure ensures accuracy and proper submission while maintaining regulatory compliance.

When is payment required for financial services?

Monthly bookkeeping is billed as a recurring charge on the 1st day of each month.

Catch-up bookkeeping requires 50% payment to begin and the remaining balance upon completion.

Tax preparation fees are typically deducted from refunds when applicable. If a balance is owed, payment is required prior to filing.
